Refunds are accepted within 14 days in line with UK distance selling regulations. This is subject to the item prior being returned in the same condition as it arrived to the delivery address. Before we wrap the items to ensure its safety in transit, we will check the piece over. Customers will then be reminded to check the item again for any damage upon it's arrival to the address and in the presence of the specialist courier, as to confirm that no damage was caused in transit. If damage has been caused during transit or you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we ask that you email us at contact.pompnglory@gmail.com as soon as possible so that any issues can be resolved.
